- Identify or serve as mentors to Jamaican students and students of Jamaican heritage in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
- Host a annual reception for Jamaican students coming to the Washington Metropolitan Area
Assist with establishing a scholarship fund for Jamaican students and students of Jamaican heritage - Develop educational component for two general embership meetings –Black History Month in February and Jamaican Heroes Celebration in October
- Develop one life-skill training for general membership
